As a part of our Quality and Safety Policy, we vow to never refurbish a robot more than three times and assign it to more than three case cycles. This approach allows us to guarantee access to high-performance,  modern, and perfectly operational equipment, while maintaining a consistant level of excellence.

We also put a high level of importance to the accessibility of our services. Depending on the coverage extended by your health insurance provider, the rental of one of our androids can be covered up to 100%. Our teams are at your disposal to guide you through administrative procedures and inform you about coverage options.

We are aware that every situation is unique. As such, we also offer a range of preferential rates for people with limited ressources, with the goal to provide everyone with qualitative technological support without compromising safety or performance.
